盐酸达克罗宁胶浆联合盐酸丁卡因表面麻醉在纤维电子喉镜检查中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨盐酸达克罗宁胶浆口含联合盐酸丁卡因表面麻醉在纤维电子喉镜检查中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的110例行纤维电子喉镜检查患者的临床资料,根据麻醉方式不同分为研究组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组采用盐酸丁卡因表面麻醉,研究组在对照组基础上联合盐酸达克罗宁胶浆口含麻醉,比较两组麻醉优良率、检查期间不同时间[进镜前10 min(T_(0))、进镜后即刻(T_(1))、进镜后10 min(T_(2))]血流动力学指标[平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)]水平、麻醉满意度和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组麻醉优良率为83.64%(46/55),高于对照组的63.64%(35/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T0,两组MAP和HR水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2),研究组MAP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_(1)、T_(2),两组HR水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组麻醉满意度为90.91%(50/55),高于对照组的69.09%(38/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组的16.36%(9/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸达克罗宁胶浆口含联合盐酸丁卡因表面麻醉应用于纤维电子喉镜检查可提高麻醉优良率和麻醉满意率,维持血流动力学稳定,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯盐酸丁卡因表面麻醉。 Objective:To explore application effects of Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage combined with Tetracaine hydrochloride surface anesthesia during fiber electronic laryngoscope examination.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients who underwent fiber electronic laryngoscope examination in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different anesthesia methods,they were divided into study group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was treated with Tetracaine hydrochloride surface anesthesia,while the study group was treated with Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage oral anesthesia on the basis of that of the control group.The anesthesia good and excellent rate,The levels of hemodynamic indexes[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)]at different times during the examination[10 min before(T_(0)),immediately after(T_(1)),and 10 min after(T_(2))],the anesthesia satisfaction,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The anesthesia good and excellent rate in the study group was 83.64%(46/55),which was higher than 63.64%(35/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).T_(0),there was no significant difference in MAP and HR levels between the two groups(P>0.05).T_(1),T_(2),MAP levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HR level between T_(1)and T_(2)groups(P>0.05).The anesthesia satisfaction of the study group was 90.91%(50/55),which was higher than 69.09%(38/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 4.00%(2/50),which was lower than 18.00%(9/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage combined with Tetracaine hydrochloride surface anesthesia during fiber electronic laryngoscope can improve the
