摘要
在数字经济快速发展的背景下,打造数字化供应链不仅是时代发展的需要,更是推进企业向高质量发展的重要驱动力。文章围绕数字经济为企业带来的巨大变革,以国勘公司供应链转型的实践为研究对象,对国勘公司从垂直过程管控到供应链数字化嵌入路径的演化进行深入分析。基于动态能力理论,探究企业供应链数字化转型促进供应链敏捷性的作用机理。研究发现:在数字技术驱动下,传统供应链由原本显著离散型的线性结构转变为智能灵活、互相联系的网络状结构,使供应链各个环节信息传递效率提高,供应链决策更加直观透明。供应链数字化转型促进了业务流程、供应商管理、物流与库存管理三个环节的动态能力,从而实现供应链敏捷性的提升。研究为国勘公司以及相似的非数字化企业进一步走出国门、提升国际化供应链管理水平并增强海外市场竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy,building a digital supply chain is not only a need of the times,but also an important driving force for advancing enterprises towards high-quality development.Focusing on the great changes brought about by the digital economy for enterprises,the article takes the practice of supply chain transformation of Sinopec International Exploration and Production Corporation(SIPC)as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis on the evolution of SIPC’s path from vertical process control to digital embedding in the supply chain.Based on dynamic capability theory,the article explores the mechanism of promoting supply chain agility through digital transformation of enterprise supply chain.The study finds that:driven by digital technology,the traditional supply chain has been transformed from a significantly discrete linear structure to an intelligent,flexible and interconnected network-like structure,which improves the information transmission efficiency of each link of the supply chain and makes the supply chain decision-making more intuitive and transparent.The digital transformation of the supply chain has facilitated the dynamic capabilities of three segments of the business process,supplier management and logistics and inventory management in the supply chain,so as to improve the agility of supply chain.The study has a certain reference significance for SIPC and similar non-digital enterprises to further go abroad,improve the level of international supply chain management and enhance their competitiveness in overseas markets.
