摘要
随着城市经济的持续增长,城市建设快速发展,卫河主城区段受以往引黄退水的影响,加上承泄城市、县城雨污水,且多年未进行过清淤处理,致使河道过流断面减小,不能满足河道防洪排涝能力。因此,卫河河道清淤能够提高城市防洪能力、保障人民的生活水平提高,保障社会经济持续稳定发展。
With the continuous growth of urban economy and the rapid development of urban construction, the main urban section of Wei River is affected by the previous Yellow River diversion. In addition, coupled with the drainage city, county rain and sewage and years of accumulation of sludge, reduce the overflow section of the river, resulting in the river cannot meet the flood control and drainage capacity. Therefore, Wei River dredging can improve the urban flood control capacity, ensure the improvement of people’s living standards, and ensure the sustainable and stable development of social economy.
