摘要
通过构建城市排水系统内涝积水计算分析的思路、方法与模型,结合东营市东营区城市排水系统现状情况,选取2021年度“7·12”典型暴雨,在水文资料收集、现场调查的基础上,进行区域产流、汇流、排水流量及区域积水时长计算,并针对城区排涝、雨污混流、排水不畅等情况现状提出对策建议。以期为平原区中小城市内涝分析评估提供参考。
Through the construction of ideas, methods and models for the calculation and analysis of waterlogging and ponding in the urban drainage system, combined with the current situation of the urban drainage system in Dongying District, Dongying City, the typical rainstorm of July 12 in 2021 was selected. On the basis of hydrological data collection and field investigation, the regional runoff yield, runoff concentration, drainage flow and the duration of regional ponding were calculated, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the current situation of urban drainage, mixed flow of rain and sewage, and poor drainage. This study provides a reference for the analysis and evaluation of waterlogging in small and medium-sized cities in the plain area.
