摘要
以汾阳市花枝水库在汛期运行的过程中所实际面临的问题为背景,展开对水库汛期水位优化调度运行的分析探讨。综合水情测报信息,通过加强预泄调度方式等措施实现水库拦蓄洪水的目的,以便在水库工程调洪安全的基础上提升洪水资源利用率。应用效果显示,该水库汛期优化调度运行以来,成功拦截多场洪水,沿线及下游防洪压力减轻,主汛期内发电水头抬升,耗水率均值逐年下降,经济效益和社会效益显著。
Based on the actual problems of Fenyang Huazhi Reservoir in flood season, this paper analyzes and discusses the optimal operation of reservoir water level in flood season. Based on the information of water regime monitoring and reporting, the reservoir can retain the flood by strengthening the pre discharge operation mode, so as to improve the utilization rate of flood resources on the basis of the safety of flood regulation of the reservoir project. The application results show that the reservoir has successfully intercepted many floods since the optimized operation in flood season. The pressure of flood control along the line and downstream is reduced, and the head of power generation rises in the main flood season. The average rate of water consumption decreases year by year, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
