摘要
本文指出了当前一些计量技术机构在校准专用塑料量器工作中存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出了基于电子天平的专用塑料量器容量示值校准方法。依据该方法,对三种材质50mL单标线容量瓶容量示值校准进行不确定度评定。结果表明,本文采用的专用塑料量器校准方法可行,且不确定度评定合理,可应用于实际校准工作。
This paper points out the problems existing in the calibration of special plastic gauges in some current metrology institutions, and on this basis, puts forward the calibration method of special plastic gauges based on electronic balance.According to the method, the uncertainty of the calibration of the volume indication value of three kinds of 50mL single line volumetric bottles was evaluated.The results show that the calibration method of special plastic gauge adopted in this paper is feasible, and the uncertainty evaluation is reasonable, which can be applied to the actual calibration work.
