摘要
[目的]探究南江黄羊的生长发育规律。[方法]选择60只南江黄羊(公、母各30只),测定初生至12月龄体重,采用Von Bertalalanffy、Gom pertz、Logistic 3种常用的生长曲线模型对南江黄羊的体重进行拟合分析。[结果]3种模型均能较好地拟合其生长曲线,拟合度(R^(2))均在0.99以上,其中以Von Bertalalanffy模型在南江黄羊公羊、母羊生长曲线中拟合度最高,且成熟体重、拐点月龄与实际最接近,应用该模型建立南江黄羊公、母体重生长曲线方程分别为W=46.77(1-0.57e^(-0.17t))^(3)、W=39.08(1-0.56e^(-0.18t))^(3),拐点月龄分别为3.15、2.92月;拐点体重分别为13.86、11.58 kg。[结论]南江黄羊在福建省养殖采用放牧+精料补饲的方式,生长性能得到提高。
[Objectives] In order to explore the growth and development law of Nanjiang Yellow sheep in Fujian Province. [Methods] Sixty Nanjiang Yellow sheep(30 males and 30 females respectively) were selected to measured the body weight from birth to 12 months old. Three commonly used growth curve models, Von Bertalalanffy, GOM pertz and Logistic were used to fit and analyze the body weight of Nanjiang Yellow sheep. [Results] The three models could better fit its growth curve, and the fitting degree(R^(2)) was above 0.99. Among of them, the Von Bertalalanffy model had the highest fitting degree in the growth curves of Nanjiang Yellow Sheep rams and ewes, and the mature weight and inflection point month age were the closest to the reality. Based on this model, the male and female body weight growth curve equations of Nanjiang Yellow sheep were established as W=46.77(1-0.57e^(-0.17t))^(3) and W=39.08(1-0.56e^(-0.18t))^(3),respectively. The inflection point months were 3.15 and 2.92 months respectively, and inflection point weights were 13.86 and 11.58 kg. [Conclusions] The growth performance of Nanjiang Yellow sheep in Fujian Province was improved by grazing and concentrate supplementary feeding.
