摘要
针对岸基岛礁装备用户提出的原位修理、修期管控目标,从维修周期、维修质量损耗、维修经费等方面,对比分析了原位修理模式较传统返厂修理模式的优点;根据大修工程修理合同质量监督的有关需求,阐述了原位修理模式质量监督存在的困难,提出了PDCA质量管理方法,规范了修理质量监督工作流程和步骤,并在某岛礁雷达原位大修修理质量监督任务中得到应用和验证,对于岸基雷达装备提高修理质量、控制修理周期有较大的指导意义。
In view of the in-situ repair and repair period control objectives proposed by users of the shore-based equipment on islands and reefs,the advantages of the in-situ repair mode relative to the traditional return-to-factory mode are compared and analyzed in terms of the maintenance cycle,maintenance quality loss,and maintenance funds.According to the relevant requirements of the quality supervision of the overhaul engineering repair contract,the difficulties in the quality supervision of the in-situ repair mode are expounded,the PDCA quality management method is proposed,and the work flow and steps of the repair quality supervision are standardized.It has been applied and verified in the in-situ overhaul repair quality supervision task of a certain island and reef radar,which has great guiding significance for improving the repair quality and controlling the repair cycle of the shore-based radar equipment.
