摘要
为探索赤苍藤的高效繁育技术,试验选取了广西区内大新绿芽、天等绿芽、龙州金龙红芽、百色绿芽和越南红芽5个品种的赤苍藤,研究了其扦插(普通处理,生根粉处理)、种子繁殖(普通处理、赤霉素催芽处理)2种繁殖方式在4种处理措施下的发芽率和成活率的情况。结果表明:龙州金龙红芽为最优的种质,扦插繁育或种子繁育都能表现优良。扦插繁殖时,第45天时成活率达到了66%,百色绿芽在扦插第45天时成活率仅为34%;种子繁殖时,龙州金龙红芽的发芽率也达到70%。
In order to explore the efficient breeding technology of Erythropalum scandens,five varieties,Daxin Green Bud,Tianyou Green Bud,Longzhou Jinlong Red Bud,Baise Green Bud and Vietnam Red Bud,were selected in the experiment,and the effects of four treatment measures on the germination rate and survival rate of Litsea cubeba were studied,including cutting(common treatment,rooting powder treatment),seed propagation(common treatment,gibberellin germination accelerating treatment).The results showed that Longzhou Golden Dragon Red Bud was the best germplasm,and both cutting propagation and seed propagation could perform well.The survival rate of Baise green bud reached 66% on the 45th day of cutting propagation,and only 34% on the 45th day of cutting propagation.During seed propagation,the germination rate of the buds of Longzhou Golden Dragon reached 70%.It can be popularized and applied in Guangxi,and provide technical support for large-scale planting,breeding and cultivation of Litsea chinensis in the future.
