摘要
某新车型量产初期,仪表台异响故障多起,仪表台异响问题严重影响客户使用,引起客户极大抱怨,本文从设计、品质、装配、设备等多个角度对该方向盘干涉异响故障因素做出充分分析,并制定出有效措施,以解决此仪表台异响问题。
In the early stage of mass production of a new model, there were many abnormal noises on the instrument panel. The abnormal noise of the instrument panel has seriously affected the use of customers and caused great complaints from customers. This article will fully analyze the fault factors of the steering wheel interference and abnormal noise from the perspectives of design, quality, assembly, equipment, etc., and formulate effective measures to solve this instrument panel abnormal sound problem.
