摘要
本文主要从汽车线束行业的产品研发角度去分析VAVE的目的和方法,通过具体实例方法和VAVE流程步骤经验,介绍VAVE的挖掘方法和执行过程,希望能给没有具体做过VAVE的同仁一些切入点的思考和参考,从而了解VAVE在成本控制方面的意义和作用。
This paper mainly analyzes the purpose and method of VAVA from the perspective of product development in the automotive wiring harness industry. Through some specific example methods and VAVE process steps, it introduces the mining method and execution process of VAVE. Through the sharing of experience, I hope to give some I have not done some specific thinking and reference for new employees of VAVE, so as to understand the significance and role of VAVE in cost control.
