暖风芯体换热性能CFD三维仿真分析

摘要 本文提出通过CFD三维仿真来计算暖风芯体的换热性能,通过仿真与试验对比,误差小于2%,满足精度要求,能够用于暖风芯体换热性能的仿真计算。这也将暖风芯体换热性能研究从之前理论计算、二维仿真带进了三维仿真阶段,对于提高仿真精度,降低成本,缩短项目开发周期有着非常重要的意义。 This paper proposes to calculate the heat transfer performance of the heating core through CFD three-dimensional simulation. Through the comparison between simulation and test, the error is less than 2%, which meets the accuracy requirements and can be used for the simulation calculation of the heat transfer performance of the heating core. This also brings the research on the heat transfer performance of the heater core from the previous theoretical calculation and two-dimensional simulation into the three-dimensional simulation stage, which is of great significance to improve the simulation accuracy, reduce the cost and shorten the project development cycle.
