广西百色市自然保护地整合优化调出矛盾斑块尺度研究 被引量:2

摘要 自然保护地整合优化是从整合优化对象、目标任务等方面,系统梳理现有自然保护地以及现有自然保护地以外的保护空缺区,按照全覆盖要务,全部纳入整合范畴,自然保护地整合优化能够提升自然保护地建设管理水平。在对百色市永久基本农田和集体人工商品林分布数据分析的基础上,进行自然保护地调出矛盾斑块的面积尺度定量化研究。结果表明:百色市在自然保护地范围内的集体人工商品林和永久基本农田小面积斑块数量多,面积<1 hm^(2)的集体人工商品林和永久基本农田的斑块数占31.2%和24.4%;在[3,4)hm^(2)尺度上,可以调出总斑块数量的70%~80%,占到总面积的70%以上的集体人工商品林;在[5,6) hm^(2)尺度上,可以调出总斑块数量的70%以上,占到总面积的70%以上的永久基本农田;百色市最宜集体人工商品林和永久基本农田的调出矛盾斑块面积尺度分别为[3,4)hm^(2)和[5,6)hm^(2)。 The integration and optimization of natural protected area is to systematically sort out existing natural protedted area and protection blank area outside the existing natural protected area from the aspects of integration and optimization objects, objectives and tasks, and bring them all into the scope of integration, following the priority of full coverage. The integration and optimization of natural protected area can improve the construction and management level of natural protedted area. This paper analyzes the distribution data of permanent basic farmland and collective artificial commercial forest in Baise City and quantifies the area scale of contradiction patches extracted from natural protected area.The results show: the number of small area patches of collective artificial commercial forest and permanent basic farmland is large within natural protected area of Baise City, the patch number of the collective artificial commercial forest and permanent basic farmland less than 1 hm^(2) accounts for 31.2% and 24.4% of the original patches, respectively;more than 70% of the total area and 70%~80% of the total patch quantity can be transferred to the collective artificial commercial forest on the scale of [3,4)hm^(2) hectares;at[5,6)hm^(2) scale, more than 70% of the total area and more than 70% of the total patch number of permanent prime farmland can be transferred;the most suitable area scale of extrated contradictory pactchs for collective artificial commercial forest and permanent basic farmland in Baise is [3,4)hm^(2) and[5,6)hm^(2) respectively.
