摘要 水分离指数是衡量喷气燃料洁净度的关键指标。为满足航空航天领域及时准确测定喷气燃料水分离指数的需求,该文分析紫外光谱喷气燃料水分离指数的测定原理,并基于STC8A8K64A12(STC8)单片机设计便携式喷气燃料水分离指数测定系统。该系统硬件以STC8单片机为主控芯片,包括乳化、水分离、测量、电源管理、按键及显示等模块。系统软件依据石油化工标准SH/T 0616—1995的流程设计,主要包括乳化与水分离电机驱动,以及数据采集功能。该文对系统的主要功能进行测试,并对系统的测定结果进行验证。实验结果表明:本文设计的基于紫外光谱水分离指数测定系统符合国家标准GB 11129—89以及石油化工标准SH/T 0616—1995对水分离指数测定的要求,能满足航空航天领域喷气燃料水分离指数的便携式测量。 Water separation characteristics is a key characteristic to measure the cleanliness of jet fuel. In order to meet the needs of timely and accurate determination of water separation characteristics of jet fuel in aerospace field, this paper analyzes the measurement principle of ultraviolet(UV) spectrum jet fuel water separation characteristics, and designs a portable jet fuel water separation characteristics measurement system based on STC8A8K64A12(STC8) single chip microcomputer. The hardware of the system is based on STC8microcontroller as the main control chip, including emulsification, water separation, measurement, power management, keys and display modules. The system software is designed according to the process of petrochemical standard SH/T 0616-1995, mainly including the motor drive of emulsification and water separation, and data acquisition function. In this paper, the main functions of the system are tested and the test results of the system are verified. The experimental results show that the water separation characteristics measurement system based on UV spectrum designed in this paper meets the requirements of national standard GB 11129-89 and petrochemical standard SH/T 0616-1995 for water separation characteristics measurement,and can meet the portable measurement of jet fuel water separation characteristics in aerospace field.
