摘要
生态旅游是践行新时代生态文明建设的优势产业。新时代生态文明建设的核心是努力建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化,建立绿色低碳循环的发展方式和生活方式。习近平生态文明思想作为中国共产党不懈探索生态文明建设的理论升华和实践结晶,为生态旅游践行生态文明建设指明了方向,提供了系统的理论、方法和政策智慧。本文以习近平生态文明思想作为理论依据,系统阐释生态旅游践行生态文明建设的逻辑起点、理论内涵、实践要求、作用路径,并在此基础上从政策保障、规划引领、监管评价、产业发展、产品设计、宣传教育等方面提出政策建议,以期为生态旅游践行生态文明建设、促进生态环境保护与经济可持续发展、构建人与自然和谐共生的社会主义现代化强国提供参考。
Ecotourism is an advantageous industry to practice the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.The core of ecological civilization construction in the new era is to build a modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and to establish a green and low-carbon and circular mode of development and life.Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization,as the theoretical sublimation and practical crystallization of the Party’s unremitting exploration of ecological civilization construction,points out the direction for ecotourism to practice ecological civilization construction,and provides systematic theory,methods and policy wisdom.Based on Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization,this paper systematically explains the logical starting point,theoretical connotation,practical requirements and action path of ecotourism in practicing ecological civilization construction.On this basis,policy recommendations are put forward in terms of policy guarantee,planning guidance,regulatory evaluation,industrial development,product design,publicity and education,etc.It expects to provide a reference for ecotourism to practice ecological civilization construction,promote ecological environmental protection and sustainable economic development,and build a socialist modernized power where man and nature coexist in harmony.
