摘要
激光共聚焦显微镜是使用率极高的大型精密仪器,开放使用势在必行。在开放共享背景下,加强开放实验室管理,尤其是加强用户的教学培训已成为一项重要的核心工作。以打牢专业理论基础、加强运用操作技能为目标,构建和实践探索了以课程教学、上机培训为主,技术讲座与专题报告、见习观摩教学、微信学习交流等为辅的多层次、多形式的教学培训体系,为广大师生双向的教与学及开放实验室管理提供参考。
Laser scanning confocal microscope is a large precision instrument with high use frequency, and it is imperative to open usage. Under the open and shared background, strengthening the technical teaching and training has become an important work. In order to strengthen the theoretical foundation and operational skills, we have constructed and explored a “multi-level and multi-form” teaching and training system, which is mainly based on course teaching and training, assisted by technical lectures, special reports, observational learning and Wechat communication, which can provide reference for the teaching and learning of teachers and students as well as the open laboratory management.
