摘要
突发事件对基层具有一定的影响,需要采取紧急应对措施,降低对环境的影响,确保环境应急处置的有效性。基于此,本文对基层环境应急管理工作的重要性进行分析,以提高对基层环境处置的重视程度,使环境应急管理措施能够深入人心,然后从环境风险防范意识、环境应急物资储备、环境应急处置力量等方面,对应急处置的影响因素及对策进行分析,并针对基层环境问题进行分析,以保障环境应急管理能够发挥其效果。
Emergencies have a certain impact on the grassroots,need to take emergency response measures to reduce the impact of the problem on the environment,to ensure the effectiveness of environmental emergency disposal.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of grass-roots environmental emergency management,improve the importance of grass-roots environmental disposal,so that environmental emergency management measures can be deeply rooted in people’s hearts;Then it analyzes the infl uencing factors and countermeasures of emergency response from the aspects of environmental risk prevention awareness,environmental emergency material reserve,and environmental emergency response force,and analyzes the environmental problems at the grassroots level to ensure that environmental emergency management can play an effective role.
