摘要
1.7μm波段光纤激光器在生物成像、气体探测、材料加工以及中红外激光产生等领域具有重要的应用价值,近年来受到了国内外的广泛关注。本文对1.7μm波段光纤激光器的研究进展进行了详细综述,全面讨论了不同技术方案的特点,包括最近报道的基于空芯光纤的气体拉曼激光技术。结合应用需求,简要展望了1.7μm波段光纤激光器的发展趋势。
The fiber lasers operating at 1.7μm band have important applications in many fields,such as biological imaging,gas detection,material processing,and generation of midinfrared laser.Thus,it has received extensive attention in recent years.In this paper,the progress of 1.7μm fiber laser is reviewed in detail,and the characteristics of different technical schemes are discussed comprehensively,including fiber gas Raman lasers based on hollowcore fibers.Combined with application requirements,the development trend of fiber lasers in the 1.7μm band is briefly prospected.
