摘要 随着中波广播发射技术的不断发展,全固态中波广播发射机已经逐渐取代了老式板调发射机。发射机中电路的集成化程度越来越高,集成电路能耗低、效率高、可靠性高的特点,大大提高了中波广播发射机的工作效率和性能。集成电路需要工作在防尘、防雷、防静电、温度合适和供电稳定的环境中。集成电路虽然可靠,但是一旦出现故障也很难排查。为发射机提供良好的运行环境并做好维护和故障处理工作,是发射机稳定运行的保障。对此,详细介绍发射机运行的环境要求以及日常维护、故障处理等重点工作。 With the continuous development of medium wave broadcasting technology, all solid state medium wave broadcasting transmitter has gradually replaced the old type board tuning transmitter. The integrated degree of the circuit in the transmitter is getting higher and higher. The integrated circuit features low energy consumption, high efficiency and high reliability, which greatly improves the working efficiency and performance of the medium wave broadcast transmitter. The integrated circuit needs to work in the environment of dust prevention, lightning protection, anti-static, appropriate temperature and stable power supply. Although the integrated circuit is reliable, it is difficult to troubleshoot once a fault occurs. Providing a good operating environment for the transmitter and doing a good job in maintenance and fault handling are the guarantees for the stable operation of the transmitter. To this end, this paper introduces the environmental requirements of the transmitter operation, as well as the daily maintenance, troubleshooting and other key work in detail.
