摘要
为准确评价木丝水泥板-混凝土板的界面剪切性能,通过设置木丝断面/混凝土界面黏结和木丝铺层面/混凝土界面黏结两种黏结方式,分析接触面形式对抗剪承载力的影响。研究表明:木丝水泥板与混凝土板的界面接触形式对构件的界面性能有较大影响,木丝水泥断面/混凝土界面的黏结方式可有效提高界面的剪切承载能力,剪切强度最高可达0.27 MPa,是铺层面/混凝土界面黏结强度的近2倍。相关结论可为相关木丝水泥板的施工提供借鉴。
In order to accurately evaluate the interfacial shear performance of wood fiber cement slab and concrete slab,the influence of contact surface form on shear bearing capacity is analyzed by setting two bonding modes:wood fiber section/concrete interface bonding and wood fiber pavement/concrete interface bonding.The research shows that the interface contact form of wood fiber cement slab and concrete slab has a great influence on the interface performance of the component.The bonding mode of wood fiber cement section/concrete interface can effectively improve the shear bearing capacity of the interface,and the maximum shear strength can reach 0.27 MPa,which is nearly twice the bonding strength of the pavement/concrete interface.The relevant conclusions can provide reference for the construction of wood fiber cement slab.
