摘要
在隐框玻璃幕墙结构中,加载于幕墙面板的各种载荷均由结构胶承担。因此,对结构胶的黏结状态进行检测,判断是否有脱胶以及评估脱胶程度对玻璃幕墙的安全使用至关重要。提出了一种基于超声波相控阵技术的结构胶脱胶检测方法,可以识别得到精确的脱胶尺寸。进一步结合相关规范,提出了一种用于脱胶板块风险评判的安全系数计算方法,并在此基础上开发了板块标识系统和结构胶分析计算软件平台,可以实现现场测量的实时分析。
In the concealed frame glass curtain wall structure,various loads loaded on the curtain wall panel are sustained by the structural adhesive.Therefore,it is very important for the safe use of glass curtain wall to detect the bonding state of structural adhesive,judge whether there is debonding and evaluate the degree of debonding.Therefore,a method based on ultrasonic phased array technology for structural adhesive debonding detection is proposed,which can identify and obtain accurate debonding size.Further combining with relevant specifications,a calculation method of safety factor used for risk assessment of debonding plate is proposed,and on this basis,a plate identification system and a structural adhesive analysis and calculation software platform are developed,which can realize real-time analysis of on-site measurement.
