摘要
针对项目难特点,运用质量管理理论和统计方法,开展创新课题研究,通过系列改进和优化,研发出一套超长混凝土结构施工模架装备,并应用于工程实践,最终确保完成了超长水池墙体高精度施工模架装备达到毫米级要求、水池墙面平整度验收合格、工期提前三大项目目标。
In view of the difficult characteristics of the project,the quality management theory and statistical methods were used to carry out innovative research projects.Through a series of improvements and optimization,a set of super long concrete structure construction formwork equipment was developed and applied to engineering practice,finally,the three main project objectives of super long pool wall high-precision construction formwork equipment meeting the millimeter level requirements,the pool wall flatness accepted and the construction period ahead of schedule are ensured.
