企业社会责任对出口绩效影响的实证研究——基于有调节中介效应与异质性分析 被引量:1

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Export Performance: Based on Moderated Mediating Effect and Heterogeneity Analysis

摘要 利用中国A股上市公司2010—2020年面板数据,定量分析中国上市公司企业社会责任对出口绩效的影响,并对技术创新的中介作用以及开放式创新的调节作用进行检验。研究发现:企业社会责任对出口绩效具有一定的促进作用,技术创新在其中起部分中介作用,开放式创新调节了技术创新的中介作用。此外,通过进一步分析了企业所有权性质以及企业社会责任实施类型异质性,发现上述影响存在显著差异。结论认为应该注重企业社会责任的实施,并且在加大研发力度的同时,积极与外部利益相关者进行研发合作,以期提升自身国际竞争力,提高出口绩效。 By using the panel data of China A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020, this study quantitatively analyzes the impact of China listed companies’ corporate social responsibility on export performance, and tests the intermediary role of technological innovation and the regulating effect of open innovation. It is found that corporate social responsibility plays a certain role in promoting export performance with technological innovation playing a partial intermediary role while open innovation regulates the intermediary role of technological innovation. In addition, it is found that there exist significant differences in the above effects by further analyzing the nature of corporate ownership and the heterogeneity of corporate social responsibility implementation types.It concludes that companies should pay attention to corporate social responsibility implementation, and actively cooperate with external stakeholders in R & D while strengthening R & D efforts so as to promote their international competitiveness and export performance.
