摘要
目的探讨全膝关节置换术中使用内轴型(MP)假体治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法全膝关节置换术中使用MP假体治疗50例膝骨关节炎患者。记录并发症发生情况、膝关节KSS评分、膝关节活动度及人工关节被遗忘指数(FJS)评分。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~18个月。术中无血管损伤或膝关节内外侧韧带损伤发生;术后无假体松动、下沉等并发症发生。末次随访时,膝关节KSS评分82~90(86.7±4.6)分;膝关节活动度:屈曲115°~135°(121.1°±14.3°),伸直0°~5°(3.0°±2.7°);FJS评分55~66(60.7±14.5)分。结论全膝关节置换术中使用MP假体治疗膝骨关节炎,不仅能矫正膝关节畸形,而且能改善膝关节活动度,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)using medial pivot(MP)knee prosthesis for knee osteoarthritis.Methods MP prostheses were used in TKA to treat 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis.The complications,KSS functional score of knee joint,range of motion and Forgotten Joint Score(FJS)were collected.Results All the 50 patients were followed up for 6~18 months.There was no vascular injury or damage to the medial and lateral ligaments of the knee joint during the operation,and no complications such as loosening and sinking of the prosthesis occurred after the operation.At the last follow-up,KSS was 82~90(86.7±4.6)points;knee range of motion was 115°~135°(121.1°±14.3°)flexion and 0°~5°(3.0°±2.7°)extension;FJS was 55~66(60.7±14.5)points.Conclusions The use of MP prosthesis in TKA for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can not only correct knee deformities,but also improve knee mobility,and improve the quality of life of patients.
