摘要
扫描电镜是材料分析和科学研究的重要分析仪器,广泛应用于材料科学、化工产品、机械等领域,主要对材料的微观结构进行详细分析。概述了扫描电镜的工作原理,介绍了扫描电镜在纳米材料分析研究中的应用,阐明了其在材料科学发展中的作用,对材料的合成和表征具有一定的实用价值。
The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) is an important instrument for material analysis and scientific research. It is widely used in material science, chemical products, machinery and other fields for detailed analysis of the microstructure of materials. In this paper, the working principle of SEM is summarized. The application of SEM in the analysis and research of nano materials is introduced. And its role in the development of materials science is clarified, which has certain practical value for the synthesis and characterization of materials.
