摘要
目的探究中医护理对冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。方法选择医院自2019年1月—2022年1月收治的90例冠心病心绞痛患者,将其随机分组为对照组(45例,采用常规护理干预模式)和观察组(45例,在常规护理干预的基础上实施中医护理模式),对两组患者生活质量评分(包括躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活4个方面)、不良事件发生率(自伤、自杀和藏药)、患者对护理质量的满意度进行对比。结果数据表明两组患者均得到有效护理,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均明显高于对照组,观察组患者对护理质量满意度为95.56%,明显高于对照组的82.22%;观察组不良事件发生率为4.44%,明显低于对照组的13.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理模式的运用到冠心病心绞痛护理工作中,以化瘀止痛、益气活血为主,促进患者血液流动,疏通经络,降低患者疼痛程度,临床效果优于常规护理干预模式,能有效的降低不良事件发生率,改善患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活,提高患者生活质量。提升患者满意度,和谐护患关系,具有较高的临床价值,能有效的提高临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris.Methods 90 patients with coronary angina admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group of 45 patients used the conventional nursing intervention model.45 patients in the observation group implemented the traditional Chinese medicine care model on the basis of the control group.The quality of life(including physical function,psychological function,social function and material life),the incidence of adverse events(45 cases).Results The data showed that both groups of patients received effective nursing care.The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group with nursing quality was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.22%).And the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.33%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine care model,which aims to resolve blood stasis and relieve pain,benefit Qi and activate blood,has been applied to the care of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.It promotes blood flow and unblocks the meridians of the patient and relieves the pain.Its clinical effect is better than the conventional nursing intervention model.Reduce adverse effects incidence,improve patients’somatic,psychological,social and physical functioning,and improved quality of life.In addition,the increase in satisfaction promotes a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.It has effectively improved outcomes and is a model of care worth promoting.
