5.5 m捣固焦炉二次推焦事故原因分析

摘要 针对5.5m捣固焦炉频繁出现推焦事故,采取了调整配煤比的措施。在观察推焦电流没有下降的情况下,对推焦设备进行了分析。经过现场查验,发现推焦时电压波动是造成推焦电流加大的主要原因,设备故障排除后,解决了二次推焦的问题。 Due to the frequently-occurred hard pushes in 5.5 m stamp-charge battery,coal blending ratio can be adjusted as a solution. Given that the coke pushing current remains stable under observation,the pusher machine has been analyzed. Site investigation suggests that the voltage fluctuation during coke pushing is the main cause of pushing current increase. After the equipment troubleshooting,the hard pushes have been eliminated.
