浇注工艺对Ni_(3)Al基高温合金组织和性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 Ni_(3)Al基高温合金常应用于航空发动机尾喷管调节片,服役环境恶劣。在成形过程中,浇注工艺会影响Ni_(3)Al基高温合金铸件的宏观和微观组织,进而影响合金的性能。研究了不同浇注温度和造型方式对合金组织和性能的影响,结果表明,随着浇注温度的升高,合金的晶粒度和持久性能随之增加;填砂浇注工艺下铸件的一次枝晶和二次枝晶臂间距大于单壳浇注工艺,其共晶含量小于单壳浇注工艺。通过进一步测试发现填砂浇注工艺下试棒的拉伸性能和持久性能优于单壳浇注。 Ni_(3)Al base superalloy is often used in the adjusting plate of aeroengine tail nozzle,and its service condition is harsh.The casting process will affect the macrostructure and microstructure of Ni_(3)Al based superalloy,and further affect the properties of the alloy.The effects of different pouring temperatures and molding methods on the microstructure and properties of the alloy were studied,and the results showing that the grain size and durability of the alloy increase with the increase of pouring temperature.The arm spacing of primary dendrite and secondary dendrite of the casting manufactured by using of sand?lling casting process is more than that by using of single shell casting process,and its eutectic content is less than that by using of the single shell casting process.Through further testing,it is found that the tensile properties and durability of the test bars under the condition of sand?lling pouring process are better than those under the condition of single shell pouring.
