摘要
学生核心素养的形成和培育需要通过教育教学实践得以落实,期间最为重要的方式就是基于核心素养进行课程改革。浙江大学自2005年开设本科生职业生涯规划课程以来,一直较多地采用互动体验式教学模式,赢得较好的课程口碑和声誉,但课程也遇到进一步实现突破的发展瓶颈。针对目前职业生涯规划课程中存在的主要问题,任课教师创新性地根据核心素养理论设计建设助教团队,通过一系列课内外活动安排,最终完成助教自主发展、社会参与和文化基础三个领域的大幅提升,并通过课程小组这个载体,潜移默化达到影响修读课程同学的目标。
The cultivation of core competencies and values for students needs to be implemented through education,which requires reforming the curriculum based on this demand.Since the career planning course was first given in 2005 at Zhejiang University for undergraduates,it won an extraordinary reputation for its interactive teaching and experiential style,but the course has encountered a development bottleneck for further breakthroughs recently.Based on the existing problems,a teaching assistant team is gathered innovatively by the lecturers to participate in a series of activities with the students,which significantly impacts the self-development,social participation,and cultural foundation for both the teaching assistants and the students.
