摘要
本文立足于国内某核电站二期工程设计中关于低压配电系统接地故障保护设计的一个议题,通过计算和分析,深入剖析了核电站低压配电系统接地故障保护设计,结合对《低压配电设计规范》等现行规范的理解和笔者的设计与工程实践,突出了核电站在低压配电设计中关于电气安全性的全面考虑和不同于国内工业与民用低压配电系统接地故障保护的工程实施。
Based on the domestic a nuclear power plant phase ii project of low-voltage distribution system in the design of ground fault protection design of an issue, through calculation and analysis, a deep insight into the plant low voltage power distribution system ground fault protection design, combined with the specification for design of low voltage power distribution and so on the understanding of the current specification and the author’s design and engineering practice. It highlights the comprehensive consideration of electrical safety in low voltage distribution design of nuclear power plants and the engineering implementation of earth fault protection for low voltage distribution systems different from domestic industrial and civil ones.
