摘要
深化人类命运共同体思想的研究,必须立足习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中的最新思想论述。在前期多学科全面、系统地挖掘人类命运共同体思想所蕴含的原创性智慧的基础上,遵循唯物史观的理论立场和方法论逻辑,从“百年未有之变局”之宏观的长时段历史变迁视野着眼,立足人类普遍性福祉和公共利益最大化的高度,以全球公共治理和善治、全球公共正义宗旨的达成,以及国际经济、政治新秩序格局的确立为目标,立足整体性意义上人类文明价值观与新形态创造实践,依照“核心理念重置”、“实践主题自觉”、“叙事逻辑变革”以及“话语表达创新”之思维图式,对其所蕴含的一般世界观意义上,存在论、知识论、实践论以及价值论等多重意蕴,以及所体现、所代表着的具有时代性高度和长远性、根本性、指导性意义的中国智慧、中国方案等,做出与其原创性新思想贡献的深度、高度相匹配的学术性诠释。
To deepen the research into the Thought of a Community with a Shared Future of Mankind,we must base on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s latest thought exposition in his report on the Party’s 20th National Congress.The right approach should be on the basis of the original wisdom which has been explored and found in the idea of a community of shared future for mankind through multi-disciplinary comprehensive and systematic exploration and presentation in previous period while adopting the theoretical standpoint and a methodological logic of historical materialism.From the macro and long-term historical change perspective of“unprecedented changes in a century”,the height of universal welfare and public interest maximization of mankind,we emphasize the realization of the purpose of global public governance and good governance,global public justice,and the establishment of a new international economic and political order pattern as the utmost goal.We start from the conception of the overall sense of human civilization values and new form of creation and practice,according to the thinking schema of“core idea reset”,“practical theme consciousness”,“narrative logic reform”and“discourse expression innovation”and the general world view meaning contained in it,it has multiple implications such as ontology,knowledge theory,practice theory and axiology.It also embodies and represents the Chinese wisdom and Chinese plan with the height of The Times,the long distance,the fundamental and the guiding significance,and makes the academic interpretation matching the depth and height of its original innovative thought contribution.
