摘要
目的探讨王晞星教授治疗肺癌之痰热阻肺兼气阴两虚证的用药思路及规律。方法通过收集符合标准的王晞星教授治疗此证的门诊处方107个,应用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),对其药物进行频次统计。对药物组合进行关联分析及熵聚类分析。结果涉及中药124味。得到6865条关联规则,绘制了核心31味药物的关联网络图。聚类得到新方组合11条。结果得出,王晞星教授解热退烧用小柴胡汤,化痰散结用苇茎汤,补气养阴用生脉散及一贯煎,健脾益肺用六君子汤,疏肝养肝用四逆散、逍遥散及一贯煎,软坚散结常用猫爪草、天龙等。结论王晞星教授治疗此证用药思路为:和法散热,减轻发热;清热化痰,散结通滞;补气养阴,扶助正气;软坚散结,治疗标证。
Objective To explore Professor Wang Xixing’s treatment ideas and guiding rules for treating lung cancer(syndrome of heat phlegm obstructing lung and deficiency of both qi and yin).Methods The system collected 107 outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of this disease,and applied the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software to conduct frequency statistics on its clinical symptoms,drugs,four properties,five flavors and meridian use.Correlation analysis and entropy clustering analysis were performed on various combinations of drugs.Results It involves 124 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 842 commonly used drug combinations,including 31 drugs.Clustering resulted in 11 new prescription combinations.Based on all the statistical results,Professor Wang used Xiaochaihu decoction for antipyretic fever,Weijing decoction for phlegm and stasis,Shengmai powder and Yiguanjian decoction for qi and nourishing yin,Liujunzi decoction for spleen and lung,Sini powder,Xiaoyao powder and Yiguanjian decoction used for dreading and maintaining liver.Conclusion Professor Wang Xixing’s treatment of this disease mainly includes mild method to dissipate heat,reduce fever,clearing away heat and phlegm,dispersing stagnation,supplementing gas,nourishing yin,boosting immunity,and softening lump,treatment of standard symptoms.
