摘要
目的 探讨中药保留灌肠及中药全身熏洗在慢性盆腔炎患者中的临床效果。方法 选择2019年12月-2020年12月南昌市洪都中医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者250例作为对象,随机分为对照组(125例)和观察组(125例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上介入中药保留灌肠及中药全身熏洗,经过治疗后对比2组患者的临床疗效以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为99.20%(124/125),明显高于对照组的61.60%(77/125),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗期间出现9例并发症,总发生率为7.20%(9/125),对照组患者在治疗期间出现24例并发症,总发生率为19.20%(24/125),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性盆腔炎患者介入中药保留灌肠及中药全身熏洗治疗,疗效显著,能够有效提高治疗效果,减少患者并发症的发生率,同时不良作用较小,且安全性较高,能够满足患者要求,值得临床推广并使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine retention enema and whole body fumigation and washing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 250 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects, and randomly divided into control group(n=125) and observation group(n=125). The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Chinese medicine retention enema and whole body fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was99.20%(124/125), which was significantly higher than 61.60%(77/125) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During the treatment, 9 cases of complications occurred in the observation group, the total incidence was 7.20%(9/125),while 24 cases of complications occurred in the control group, the total incidence was 19.20%(24/125), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, interventional traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and whole body fumigation have significant curative effect, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications in patients, with less side effects and high safety, can meet the requirements of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
