新生儿吞咽功能训练在早产儿经口喂养护理中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析吞咽功能训练在早产儿经口喂养护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年4月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的92例早产儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予鼻饲喂养和常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予吞咽功能训练干预。比较两组准备经口喂养能力、经口喂养情况、生长发育情况及并发症发生率。结果:干预前及干预7 d后,两组准备经口喂养评估量表(PIOFRA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预10 d、14 d后,观察组PIOFRA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻胃管营养时间、禁食时间、过渡时间、住院时间均短于对照组,完全经口喂养时胎龄小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组体重、头围、身长比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组体重、头围、身长均大于干预前,且观察组均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽功能训练能显著提升早产儿的经口喂养能力,缩短其经口喂养时间,降低并发症发生率,促进早产儿的生长发育。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of swallowing function training in oral feeding nursing of premature infants.Methods:A total of 92 premature infants admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46cases in each group.The control group was given nasal feeding and routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given swallowing function training intervention on the basis of control group.The ability to prepare for oral feeding,the situation of oral feeding,growth and development,and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:There was no statistical significance in Preterm Infant Oral Feeding Readiness Assessment Scale(PIOFRA)scores between two groups before intervention and at 7 days after intervention(P>0.05);PIOFRA score in observation group was higher than that in control group at10 and 14 days after intervention(P<0.05).The nasogastric tube nutrition time,fasting time,transition time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the gestational age upon the complete oral feeding in observation group was smaller than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in body weight,head circumference and body length between two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the body weight,head circumference and body length of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was high than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swallowing function training can significantly improve the oral feeding ability of preterm infants,shorten the oral feeding time,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the
