摘要
目的探讨产时体位管理联合温馨助产服务对初产妇产程及母婴结局的影响。方法选取于本院妇产科分娩的初产妇200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组。对照组100例采用常规助产服务,观察组100例在此基础上采用产时体位管理联合温馨助产服务。比较两组各产程时间、活跃期疼痛程度及不良母婴结局发生情况。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程及第三产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组活跃期疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(5.02±1.23)分,低于对照组的(6.65±1.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率及各项不良母婴结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于初产妇分娩时给予其体位管理和温馨助产服务,能有效促进产程进行,减轻分娩痛,还能降低不良母婴结局发生率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the influence of intrapartal postural management combined with warm midwifery sendee on the delivery process and maternal and infant outcomes of primiparas.Methods A total of 200 primiparas who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.100 cases in the control group received conventional midwifery services,and 100 cases in the observation group received postural management combined with warm midwifery services.The labor time,pain degree and adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain visual analog scale(VAS)score of the observation group was(5.02±1.23)points,which was lower than(6.65±1.49)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The postural management and warm midwifery service during delivery can effectively promote labor process,relieve labor pain,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
