摘要
目的探讨不同剂型激素药物治疗女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的68例女性更年期综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(34例)与对照组(34例)。对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片治疗,研究组采用雌激素软膏阴道给药治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、临床症状评分及心理状态。结果研究组恶心、呕吐、乳腺痛、阴道不规则出血等不良反应总发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的29.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组潮热汗出、失眠、性交痛等症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(39.87±3.18)、(36.41±2.85)分,均低于对照组的(46.72±3.69)、(45.23±3.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性更年期综合征患者采用阴道给药治疗,能有效降低不良反应发生率,调节患者心理状态,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different dosage forms of hormone drugs in the treatment of female menopause syndrome.Methods A total of 68 female menopausal syndrome patients were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into a study group(34 cases)and a control group(34 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated by oral estradiol valerate tablets,while the study group was treated by vaginal administration of estrogen ointment.The incidence of adverse reactions,clinical symptom scores and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions including nausea,vomiting,breast pain,irregular vaginal bleeding in the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than 29.40%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,pain during intercourse between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were(39.87±3.18)and(36.41±2.85)points,respectively,which were lower than(46.72±3.69)and(45.23±3.52)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal administration can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and regulate the psychological state of women with menopausal syndrome,and is worthy of clinical application.
