卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果

摘要目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果。方法选取82例产后出血患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组单用缩宫素治疗,观察组应用缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组患者的产后出血量、凝血指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数、血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)]、用药后不良反应发生率。结果观察组产后2、24 h的出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组APTT、TT、FIB、血小板计数水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者APTT、TT短于对照组,FIB、血小板计数水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗产后出血效果较好,能够有效止血,并能够改善凝血功能,且安全性良好,不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of carprost amine triol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin alone,and the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with carprost amine triol.Postpartum blood loss,coagulation index[fibrinogen(FIB),platelet count,plasma thrombin time(TT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)]and incidence of adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 2 and 24 h,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in APTT,TT,FIB and platelet count between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,APTT and TT in observation group were shorter than control group,and FIB and platelet count levels were lower than control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carprost amine triol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has good effect,can effectively stop bleeding,and can improve coagulation function,and has good safety,will not increase adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
