摘要
从“卫气内伐”探讨老年骨质疏松的病因病机,根据卫气的生理特点总结“卫气内伐”的三个表现:卫气失位、卫气伐营、卫气失律,并与现代医学对老年骨质疏松在免疫、内分泌、运动系统三个方面发病机理的研究进行联系与探讨。
The mechanism and causes of senile osteoporosis are analyzed from"defensive-qi internal invading".According to the physiological of defensive-qi,it is concluded that"defensive-qi internal invading"could divided into three parts:dislocation,nutrient-qi damage and allorhythmia,which are explored and associated with the modern medical research on the pathogenesis of senile osteoporosis with immune system,endocrine system and musculoskeletal system.
