摘要
目的探析基于微课件的翻转课堂在新入职护士岗前技能培训中的作用。方法根据入职时间进行分组,选入南阳市中心医院2021年3月新入职护士50例为对照组,2021年8月新入职护士50例为观察组。对照组接受常规式实行技能培训,观察组接受基于微课件的翻转课堂开展技能培训,对组间应用效果进行比较。结果观察组理论成绩,静脉注射、心电监测、皮内注射、静脉采血、心肺复苏成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对培训满意度各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微课件的翻转课堂应用于新入职护士岗前技能培训效果良好,有一定应用价值。
Objective To explore the role of flipped classrooms based on micro-courseware in pre-job skill training for new nurses.Methods According to the time of entry,50 cases of newly admitted nurses in March 2021 were selected as the control group,and 50 cases of newly admitted nurses in August 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine skills training,and the observation group received skills training in flipped classrooms based on micro-courseware.The application effects between the groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores,intravenous injection,ECG monitoring,intradermal injection,intravenous blood collection,and cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of training satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom based on micro-courseware has a good effect on the pre-job skill training of new nurses and has certain application value.
