摘要
目的探讨极低出生体重早产儿采用重力喂养联合舒适护理干预对喂养状况、胃肠道发育及体格状况的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月周口市中心医院收治的共计76例极低出生体重早产儿,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(N=38)与对照组(N=38),对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用重力喂养联合舒适护理干预,对两组喂养状况、胃肠道发育及体格状况进行比较。结果与对照组比较,干预组首次经口喂养天数、呕吐次数更少,每日进食奶量更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组胃液pH值降低,肠鸣音次数增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,干预组胃液pH值更低,肠鸣音次数更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组身长、体重、头围增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组身长、体重、头围较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重力喂养联合舒适护理应用于极低出生体重早产儿干预中,可改善喂养状况,促进胃肠道发育,改善体格状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of gravity feeding combined with comfort nursing intervention on feeding status,gastrointestinal tract development and physical condition in very low birth weight premature infants.Methods A total of 76 very low birth weight premature infants who were admitted in Zhoukou Central Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(N=38)and the control group(N=38)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the intervention group received gravity feeding combined with comfort nursing intervention.The feeding status,gastrointestinal tract development and physical condition of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had fewer days of oral feeding,fewer vomiting times and more daily milk intake,with significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the pH value of gastric juice in the two groups were decreased,the number of bowel sounds were increased,with significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pH value of gastric juice in the intervention group was lower,and the number of bowel sounds was more,with significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the length,weight and head circumference of the two groups increased,with significant differences(P<0.05).The length,weight and head circumference of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of gravity feeding combined with comfort nursing in the intervention of very low birth weight premature infants can improve feeding status,promote the development of gastrointestinal tract and improve physical condition.
