摘要
为了优化锅炉的燃烧工况,保证电厂运行的安全性和经济性,以某电厂1 215 t/h亚临界四角切圆锅炉为研究对象,进行冷态空气动力场试验。试验包括燃烧器检查、一次风调平、二次风门挡板特性测试和冷态空气动力场试验。结果表明:一次风调平后风速均匀性较好;大部分二次风小挡板的调节特性良好,开度为0~60%(或80%),能够对风速、风量进行有效调整,但也存在部分小挡板调节范围偏窄、调节速率较大或挡板过开的情况;锅炉四角配风均衡,但是炉内气流形成的切圆偏大,气流形成的刷墙风速较高,是造成锅炉高温腐蚀的重要原因。
In order to optimize the combustion conditions of the boiler and ensure the safety and economy of power plant operation, the cold aerodynamic field test was carried out with a 1 215 t/h subcritical four-corner circular boiler in a power plant as the research object. Tests include burner inspection, primary air leveling, secondary damper baffle characterization test and cold aerodynamic field test. The results show that the uniformity of wind speed is good after primary air leveling.Most of the secondary wind small baffle adjustment characteristics are good, and its opening degree can effectively adjust the wind speed and air volume within the range of 0~60%(or 80%), but there are also some small baffles with narrow adjustment range, large adjustment rate or over-opening of the baffle. The four corners of the boiler are balanced, but the cutting circle formed by the air flow in the furnace is too large, and the brush wall wind speed formed by the air flow is high, which is an important reason for the high temperature corrosion of the boiler.
