摘要
为确保新冠肺炎疫情下教学秩序和教学质量,利用雨课堂+腾讯会议开展食品科学与工程专业线上教学。通过课前准备、课中互动和课后总结,雨课堂数据统计分析显示,采用雨课堂+腾讯会议非常必要,有效地提高了线上教学质量。
In order to ensure the teaching order and quality under the COVID-19, the online teaching of food science and engineering specialty has been carried out by using the rain classroom+Tencent conference. Through pre-class preparation, in class interaction and after class summary, the statistical analysis of rain class data shows that it is very necessary to adopt rain class+Tencent conference, which effectively improves the quality of online teaching.
