摘要
目的 研究持续质量改进应用于中药房药品管理中的效果。方法 黑龙江省中医医院于2020年12月在中药房药品管理中实施持续质量改进,将2019年12月—2020年11月间实施常规药品管理的700份中药药品处方设置为对比组,将2020年12月—2021年11月间实施持续质量改进的700份中药药品处方设置为实验组。比较两组中药房药品管理情况、中药房工作人员管理满意度及工作人员工作状态和工作能力。结果 实验组自备药品不足、储存缺陷、药品过期率均低于对比组,而药品调配准确率明显高于对比组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组中药房工作人员的管理满意度明显高于对比组,组间结果对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组沟通协调能力、解决问题能力、品管圈(quality control circles,QCC)手法应用能力、责任感、积极性及成就感评分均高于对比组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 中药房药品管理中实施持续质量改进可以提升药品调配的准确率,使中药房工作人员对管理的满意度得到明显提高,提升其工作状态和工作能力,值得参考。
Objective To study the effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI) in the drug management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. Methods Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital implemented continuous quality improvement in the drug management of Chinese pharmacy in December 2020. A total of 700 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine that implemented routine drug management from December 2019 to November 2020 were set as the control group, and 700 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine that implemented continuous quality improvement from December 2020 to November 2021 were set as the experimental group. The drug management situation of the two groups, the management satisfaction of the staff in the traditional Chinese medicine room,and the working status and ability of the staff were compared.Results Insufficient self-provided drugs, storage defects, and drug expiration rates in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the accuracy rate of drug dispensing was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the data results between the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05);The management satisfaction is significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the results is significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group has scores of communication and coordination ability, problem-solving ability, quality control circles(QCC) technique application ability, sense of responsibility,enthusiasm and sense of achievement All higher than the control group, the results of the comparison between the two groups showed a significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement in the drug management of traditional Chinese medicine room can improve the accuracy of drug allocation,significantly improve the satisfaction of the staff of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy with the management, and improve their working status and ability, which is worthy of reference.
