摘要
目的探讨以协同护理为基础的舒适护理对冠心病患者服药依从性及自我效能的影响。方法198例冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予以协同护理为基础的舒适护理,比较两组的服药依从性、自我效能感及生活质量评分。结果护理后,观察组的服药依从性、GSES及生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以协同护理为基础的舒适护理可有效提高冠心病患者的服药依从性,增强自我效能感,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of comfortable nursing based on collaborative nursing on medication compliance and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 198 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfortable nursing based on collaborative nursing.The scores of medication compliance,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of medication compliance,GSES and dimensions of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfortable nursing based on collaborative nursing can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients with coronary heart disease,enhance self-efficacy and improve the quality of life.
