摘要
目的 论脑出血患者实施健康教育对患者所发挥的护理效果以及对并发症的影响。方法 对2020年1月至2020年12月来我院治疗的48例脑出血患者通过抽签(奇偶数)方法分为观察组(24例)与对照组(24例)。为两组患者提供常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础之上实施针对性健康教育,比较两组患者的护理效果和并发症的情况。结果 (1)护理前,统计两组患者的健康知识评分。护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的健康知识评分改善更多,评分更高。(2)护理之前,两组患者的SAS、SDS、PSQI评分之间没有明显差异,护理以后,观察组相关评分的改善情况均比对照组更优。(3)护理以后,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(12.50%vs. 50.00%)。结论 对脑出血患者在常规护理基础之上通过针对性健康教育进行干预可以有效提升患者对健康知识的认识,改善患者的不良情绪和睡眠质量,降低并发症的发生概率,值得推荐。
Objective The effect of health education on patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the influence on complications. Methods Fortyeight patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into observation group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases) by drawing lots(oddly-even number). Routine nursing was provided for patients in the two groups, and targeted health education was implemented in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing, and the nursing effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results(1) Before nursing, the health knowledge score of the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed. After nursing, the health knowledge score of the observation group improved more and higher than that of the control group.(2) Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS, SDS and PSQI scores between the two groups. After nursing, the improvement of related scoresof the observation group was better than that of the control group.(3) After nursing, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.50% vs. 50.00%). Conclusion The intervention of patients with cerebral hemorrhage through targeted health education on the basis of routine nursing can effectively enhance patients’ awareness of health knowledge, improve patients’ bad mood and sleep quality, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of recommendation.
