摘要
目的 探讨阿扎胞苷治疗急性髓细胞性白血病的疗效及对心理指标的影响。方法 对泗阳县人民医院血液科收治的40例急性髓细胞性白血病患者按照随机抽样法分成对照组和观察组,均为20例,分别采取常规治疗和常规治疗联合阿扎胞苷治疗,比较两组的免疫功能、不良反应及心理指标。结果 治疗前,两组免疫功能各项功能和心理指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD^(3+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)各项水平指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。血液学不良反应和感染发生情况、SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 常规治疗联合阿扎胞苷的临床治疗效果好,能够提高免疫功能,改善各项心理指标,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of azacitidine in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia and its influence on psychological indicators.Methods Forty patients with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to the Department of Hematology of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group,receiving conventional treatment and azacitidine treatment respectively,and the immune function,adverse reactions and psychological indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in immune function and psychological indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD^(8+) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hematological adverse reactions and infection,SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of conventional treatment combined with azacitidine is good,which can improve immune function,improve various psychological indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
