摘要
目的探讨在急性心肌梗死患者急救中应用优化急诊护理流程的效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月在本院急诊接受救治的急性心肌梗死患者120例,随机分为实验组和常规组,每组各60例。常规组应用常规抢救程序,实验组应用优化急诊护理流程,观察两组急救效果。结果实验组急诊球囊扩张时间、进出急诊时间均显著短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和常规组分诊评估时间分别为(0.51±0.08)min、(2.2±0.5)min,急救时间分别为(39.5±8.06)min、(60.14±9.88)min,实验组抢救效率更加接近预期目标(P<0.05)。实验组复发率3.33.0%;常规组复发率16.67%。实验组复发率显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率明显高于常规组,两者对比差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心梗患者中应用优化急诊护理流程,可明显提升抢救成功率,减少心梗复发,提升抢救效率,得到患者的高度青睐,具有大力宣传和应用高的价值。
Objective To explore effect of optimized emergency nursing process in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction with emergency treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,and divided them into experimental group and routine group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine rescue procedures,and experimental group with optimized emergency nursing process.Results Time of emergency balloon dilation and emergency access in experimental group was significantly shorter than routine group(P<0.05).Time of triage evaluation in experimental group and routine group was(0.51±0.08)min,(2.2±0.5)min,and emergency treatment time was(39.5±8.06)min and(60.14±9.88)min respectively.Rescue effect in experimental group was closer to expected goal(P<0.05),recurrence rate of experimental group was 3.33.0%,significantly lower than 16.67%of routine group,(P<0.05).Total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing process can significantly improve rescue success rate of in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce recurrence of myocardial infarction,and improve rescue efficiency,which is highly favored by patients with high value of promtion and application.
