摘要
随着现代化社会的发展,严重创伤已成为导致中青年人群死亡的主要原因,氧疗是严重创伤患者救治的重要措施,但过度氧疗可能导致高氧血症。本文介绍了高氧血症的病理生理学危害,简述了高氧血症与严重创伤患者的目前临床研究进展,分析了目前研究结果不一致的原因,并强调亟需加强严重创伤患者氧疗管理、规范氧气治疗,旨在为今后制定提高严重创伤氧疗疗效的干预措施提供参考。
With the development of modern society, severe trauma has become the main cause of death among young and middle-aged people. Oxygen therapy is an important measure for the treatment of patients with severe trauma. However, excessive oxygen therapy may lead to hyperxemia. This paper introduces the pathophysiological damage of hyperxemia, analyzes the reasons for the inconsistency of current research results, and emphasizes the urgent need to strengthen the management of oxygen therapy in severe trauma patients and standardize oxygen therapy, in order to provide reference for the development of intervention measures to improve the efficacy of oxygen therapy for severe trauma in the future.
