摘要
采用K-TIG填丝焊对10 mm厚的Gr.12钛合金试板进行对接焊试验,获得了焊缝质量优良的焊接接头,对焊接接头的宏观形貌、微观组织进行研究,并测试了接头的力学性能。结果表明:焊缝熔宽较大;焊缝区晶粒粗大,晶粒内部分布着不同取向的板条状马氏体α’,板条状马氏体α’间分布着点状晶间β相。接头平均拉伸强度为568.5 MPa,拉伸试样均断裂在母材处;接头弯曲性能良好。
The butt welding of 10 mm thick Gr.12 titanium alloy test plate was welded by using K-TIG welding with filler wire, and the welded joint with good weld quality was obtained. The macroscopic morphology and microstructure of the welded joint were observed, and the mechanical properties of the welded joint were tested. The results show that weld width is large, the grains of the weld zone is coarse, lath martensite α’ phases with different orientations are distributed in the grains,while the dot β phases are distributed between the lath martensite α’ phases. The average tensile strength of the joint is 568.5MPa, the tensile specimens are broken in the parent metal. The bending property of the welded joint is good.
