提高锡铁山铅锌矿伴生金银回收率试验研究

Experimental Study on Improving Recovery Rate of Associated Gold and Silver in Xitieshan Lead-Zinc Mine

摘要 为提高锡铁山铅锌矿伴生金银回收率,在工艺矿物学的基础上研究考察了磨矿细度、金银捕收剂种类和药剂用量、调整剂种类和药剂用量对伴生金银回收率的影响。试验结果表明,伴生金银主要赋存在铅矿物中,试验选取磨矿细度为-0.074mm占57%,采用组合捕收剂25^(#)黑药+A_(11),T_(18)作为锌矿物的抑制剂,采用一粗两精一扫的闭路流程,获得铅品位为67.55%,含锌2.15%的铅精矿,铅精矿含金银分别为5.01g/t和641.17g/t,铅回收率达95.13%,金回收率为61.06%,银回收率为81.96%。伴生金银浮选指标较好,为类似铅锌矿提高伴生金银指标提供了借鉴范例。 In order to improve the recovery rate of associated gold and silver in Xitieshan Lead-Zinc Mine,on the basis of process mineralogy,the effects of grinding fineness,types and dosage of gold and silver collectors,as well as types and dosage of regulator on the recovery rate of associated gold and silver were studied.The test results show that the associated gold and silver are mainly contained in the lead minerals.The grinding fineness selected in the test is-0.074mm accounting for 57%.The combined collector 25^(#)black powder and A_(11)were selected,and T_(18)was used as the inhibitors of zinc minerals.The closed circuit process of of one roughing,two cleaning and one scavenging was adopted.Finally,a lead concentrate with lead grade of 67.55%and zinc content of 2.15%was obtained.The gold and silver contents in the lead concentrate were 5.01g/t and 641.17 g/t,respectively.The recovery rates of lead,gold and silver are 95.13%,61.06%and 81.96%,respectively.The flotation index of associated gold and silver is good,which provides a reference for similar lead-zinc ores to improve the index of associated gold and silver.
